WHAT DO I DO IF MY SWEET BUTTERS ARRIVE MELTED?

Sometimes during the summer months, many of our butters melt during the shipping process. Keep in mind that they do melt at 83° F. To help this process, make sure to put your Sweet Butter inside the fridge for a couple of hours then sit it out on the counter until it slowly becomes room temperature.  Even if your Sweet Butter melts, this doesn't mean that there is less product. All it means is that the air bubbles that are made in the whipping process have decreased significantly making your whipped Sweet Butter more creamy. They will still glide on flawlessly after they become solidified again. To avoid this, buy outside the summer months.

CAN I HEAT MY OILS UP IN THE MICROWAVE

Heating your Sweet Butter in the microwave destroys the healing properties of the entire product. Each oil and butter that we use has specific healing properties that rejuvenates and moisturizes the skin. We wouldn't suggest heating them up. Good news is if it does melt from being in a hot climate, it's perfect for massage oil.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY PRODUCT?

CAN I REFRIGERATE MY SWEET BUTTER?

Of course! Your Sweet Butter will become a little firmer but will still glide on with ease!

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal.

Since our Sweet Butters are handmade fresh for each of our Butter Baes upon order, it will take 8-10 business days to make the product and 2-10 business days to ship depending on where you are in the world. If you're in the United states, it'll take around 2-4 business days. Outside the US will take longer. Make sure to not count weekends when counting these days, because as the post office has days off to rest, our team does as well. 

MY PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED!!

Though we do everything on our part to make sure your products arrive in one piece (padded envelopes, shrink wrap, wrapped product, bubble wrap), we understand that the product may have a rough road on the way to you. If this happens, contact us at support@sweetbutterbae.com immediately so we can assist you. Please include photos of damaged item. 

WHY DID MY BODY BUTTER ARRIVE WITH A TINT OF COLOR?

During the crafting process, sometimes the rose hip seed oil changes the color of the product. It's nothing to be concerned about. 

HOW LONG DOES MY BODY BUTTER LAST?

DID THE SIZES CHANGE?

We have changed our containers once due to our supplier not  having our containers in stock. However, you still get the same amount of product inside the corresponding container. 

We handcraft our products upon ordering to make sure that each product lasts as long as possible. Our body butters have a shelf life of 12 months. 

DO YOU DO SPECIAL ORDERS?

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ITEM!

We love crafting new products for our Baes. Please email us to request a special order. 

If you have not received your item, please check your email for your tracking number. If you have not receive this, your product has not been shipped yet. However, if you have received one and it is marked as delivered, check around your housing area because it may have been delivered at a side door or porch. Check with neighbors because it may have been delivered in the vicinity. If you still cannot locate your package, contact USPS first to create a claim. All packages have $100 insurance. After you've contacted USPS, email us at support@sweetbutterbae.com with your first and last name, along with your order number. Emails are checked every business day, so someone will get back to you soon to straighten out the issue.
